Smerconish: SCOTUS decisions now like 'a vote in Congress'

The Justices seeming to oppose the vaccine mandate were all appointed by Republicans, says CNN’s Michael Smerconish: “It’s almost like it’s a vote in Congress, predetermined by party registration. That is not the way any of this is supposed to function.”
