Controversial data has found that more abortion has led to less crime. John Donohue, co-author of the study, says, “The critical factor is enabling women to choose the timing and selection of their family generation. If they’re able to avoid unwanted pregnancies, then all of the benefits that we saw that occurred because of abortion could be generated in that manner as well.”
